perfect portion guide

For the ideal sharing experience, cut your cake from the top in a grid pattern, creating 1" x 1" squares at full cake height. These are coffee/platter sized portions, perfect for sampling and social gatherings. Keep in mind that final serving numbers will vary depending on who's cutting and serving the cake. Think bite-sized squares for the perfect social slice! 🎂

If you're after more typical cake slices or a wedge serving, please size up or send us a message to confirm, we're happy to help!

Portions are a guide only, it will greatly depend on how your cake is cut and the size of each cake slice. We advise cutting from the top in a grid pattern. We have based our guesstimate on portions 1"x1" wide x cake height. These are smaller tasters of cake, If you would like larger portions, size up.

We advise cutting from the top, down following a square grid pattern. We have based our guesstimate on portions 1.5"x1.5" wide x cake height.

Collection is from 136 Auburn st Wollongong by appointment only.

We have set time frames for cake collections, this is so we can someone is around to hand you your order. We cannot guarantee pickup if you attend out of these select times. Your cake will be boxed and ready for you to pick up, at the time you've selected, if you come earlier than this time your cake may not be ready.

Collection times are:

Wednesday - Thursday: 10.30-11am
Friday: 10.30-11am and 4-4.30pm
Saturday: 9.30-10am
Sundays - Closed for collection, deliveries only. Sunday surcharge applies.

We love all of our beautiful customers! We do offer GF options and some other dietary requirements, we have this as an option dependant on our work week. We won’t guarantee our products will be free of entirely, as our kitchen is not setup for dietary options. Please get in touch if you would like to make this request.

Deliveries are Wednesday - Sunday between 11 - 2pm. Timing cannot be guaranteed and someone must be present to recieve your order.

If we can’t find a safe spot to leave your cake, we will return it to the studio for you to pickup when suitable.
